Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities for

    Polarion

    ALM, Team Center PLM, and Mendix

    solutions across industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and engineering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Understand client challenges and map them with appropriate Siemens software solutions, demonstrating ROI and business value.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops in collaboration with technical teams to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal creation, and negotiation to deal closure.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ALM, PLM, and low-code domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7+ years of experience

    in enterprise software or solution sales, preferably in

    Siemens software (Polarion ALM, Teamcenter PLM, Mendix)

    .
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into digital transformation opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Prior

    experience at Siemens or with Siemens channel partners

    will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in solution selling to CXOs, Engineering, and IT departments.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, or industrial domains.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
