Job Title: Senior Sales Executive / Manager – ALM, PLM & Mendix Solutions Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5–7+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional with a strong background in selling enterprise software solutions, specifically Polarion (ALM), Team Center (PLM) , and Mendix Low-Code Platforms . The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital transformation solutions, have excellent client engagement skills, and demonstrate a proven track record in B2B technology sales. Former employees of Siemens or individuals with prior experience selling Siemens Digital Industries Software will be given strong preference. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities for Polarion ALM, Team Center PLM, and Mendix solutions across industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and engineering. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts. Understand client challenges and map them with appropriate Siemens software solutions, demonstrating ROI and business value. Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops in collaboration with technical teams to showcase solution capabilities. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal creation, and negotiation to deal closure. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ALM, PLM, and low-code domains. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred). 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise software or solution sales, preferably in Siemens software (Polarion ALM, Teamcenter PLM, Mendix) . Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into digital transformation opportunities. Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills. Prior experience at Siemens or with Siemens channel partners will be a strong advantage. Preferred Attributes: Experience in solution selling to CXOs, Engineering, and IT departments. Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, or industrial domains. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
