Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive/ Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Prospect: Potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Presentation & Demonstration: Showcase products/services, highlighting their benefits and addressing client needs.
  • Sales Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain records in CRM systems and report sales activity and progress.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activity.
  • Networking & Promotion: Attend meetings, events, and trade shows to promote products/services.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with company offerings, pricing, terms, and policies.
