Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales (Advertising Industry):

Client Acquisition:

Actively identify and visit potential clients to pitch advertising solutions.
Generate new business through cold calls, field visits, and local networking.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly field sales targets.
Drive revenue through media sales, branding campaigns, and on-ground activations.

Market Research & Lead Generation:

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Identify potential business opportunities in local markets.

Customized Advertising Solutions:

Understand client needs and recommend tailored advertising strategies (print, digital, outdoor, events, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams for creative support and proposal development.

On-Ground Execution Support:

Ensure seamless execution of campaigns by coordinating with clients and internal departments.
Attend field activities and events when required.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales visits, meetings, and client feedback.
Prepare regular sales reports and submit to management.

Brand Representation:

Represent the company professionally in client meetings and public events.
Uphold brand reputation and company values in all field interactions.
