Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Design Sales Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Office 201, 2nd Floor, Reelicon Capital, Walvekar Nagar, Pune-Satara Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411009 Job Overview Make My Interiors is looking for an experienced Sales Executive – Interior Design Sales to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is strictly for candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in interior design sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle with interior design clients — from identifying new business opportunities to nurturing long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in convincing potential clients about our design capabilities, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Simultaneously, you will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients , ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction levels. This is an on-site role, ideal for a confident communicator who understands both sales strategy and the design mindset. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential interior design clients through field visits, inbound leads, and local networking. Understand client requirements in detail and recommend customized interior design packages and solutions. Conduct persuasive presentations, site walkthroughs, and design briefings to close new deals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients for project updates, upgrades, and referrals. Coordinate closely with design, execution, and project management teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Regularly follow up with leads, track inquiries, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects. Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on current interior design trends, local market demands, and competitor offerings. Travel locally and occasionally out-of-station for high-potential client meetings and closures. Required Skills Minimum 1 year of proven experience in interior design or home improvement sales – strictly no freshers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and persuasive approach. Confidence in handling premium clients and high-value deals. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple ongoing clients/projects. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in converting leads into business. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Familiarity with design tools, layouts, pricing formats, and CRM platforms is an advantage. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred for effective regional communication.
