Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online sources.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for consistent revenue growth.
  • Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to understand customer needs and promote solutions.
  • Provide prompt support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Process & Business Development

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid value-based selling techniques.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
  • Develop strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.

4. Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Create and execute action plans to close deals and achieve revenue goals.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and competitor analysis.
  • Provide insights for improving products, marketing strategies, or sales processes.

6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with marketing teams on campaigns, lead generation, and branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales workshops.

7. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Provide feedback to product teams regarding customer requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,591.59 - ₹18,192.80 per month
