Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide an exceptional buying experience to our customers. You will be responsible for showcasing vehicles, guiding customers through the buying process, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting via phone/digital channels.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and features.
  • Explain vehicle features, warranties, financing, and after-sales services.
  • Arrange test drives and accompany customers during the experience.
  • Negotiate prices, financing options, and close vehicle sales.
  • Follow up with prospects, leads, and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance department for documentation and delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Participate in dealership events, training sessions, and promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive or retail sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a professional appearance.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Monthly vehicle sales
  • Lead conversion ratio
  • Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
  • Test drive to sale ratio
  • Upselling of accessories or services

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + Commission/Incentives based on sales
  • Additional performance bonuses and perks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
