Job Description

Job Summary:

Loan Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company’s range of loan products to new and existing customers.
Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Conduct financial assessments to determine customers’ eligibility for various loan products.
Explain loan features, documentation requirements, and repayment terms clearly to customers.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of loan applications and documentation.
Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursal.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on loan policies, interest rates, and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services (1–3 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of financial products and credit principles.
Target-driven with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
