Job Summary:

Loan Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s range of loan products to new and existing customers.
  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Conduct financial assessments to determine customers’ eligibility for various loan products.
  • Explain loan features, documentation requirements, and repayment terms clearly to customers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of loan applications and documentation.
  • Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursal.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on loan policies, interest rates, and market trends.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of financial products and credit principles.
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
