About the Role

LeoStarts Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes ownership of the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking.
Handle the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure
Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term engagement
Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, presentations, and proposals
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and other teams for lead nurturing
Maintain proper CRM and reporting of sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 months to 2.5 years of experience in sales or business development
Proven ability to close leads independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in
telecalling

telesales
, or similar sales/customer service role.
Ability to understand client needs and consult accordingly
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
Basic knowledge of startup ecosystem or B2B sales is a plus
