Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting. Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with current information. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to improve the customer journey. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products/services. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
