Job Title: Sales Executive – Machinery Rental Industry: Machinery Rental Services Experience Required: Minimum 5-10 years in Machinery Rental Sales (B2B) Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the Machinery Rental Industry, specifically in B2B rental sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing rental deals by connecting with key departments such as HR, Admin, and Purchase in various organizations. Key Responsibilities:Drive B2B machinery rental sales by identifying, targeting, and connecting with potential clients. Generate qualified leads through field visits, digital marketing support, and networking. Maintain and grow strong relationships with HR, Admin, and Purchase departments in client companies. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand rental requirements. Negotiate rental terms and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM or internal tracking tools. Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of rental contracts. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility. Key Requirements: Proven track record of 5–10+ years in Machinery Rental Sales (B2B segment preferred). Strong networking and connection with HR, Admin, and Purchase departments across industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Sound understanding of machinery operations and rental processes is an added advantage. Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business development. Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
