Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the entire sales process for premium and referral customers from the corporate office.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients and referral customers.
Track and follow up on leads received through referrals, corporate channels, and brand campaigns.
Coordinate with dealerships, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery and after-sales service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve any customer issues or escalations professionally and promptly.
Provide regular sales performance updates and customer feedback reports to management.
Represent the brand with professionalism and a customer-first approach.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
Professional demeanor suitable for interacting with premium clients.
Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams effectively.
Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–4 years experience in sales, preferably in automobile or premium customer handling.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
