Sales Executive

As a Sales Representative for motorcycles and accessories, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and preferences. You will be expected to demonstrate vehicles, provide advice on bike selection, negotiate prices, arrange financing and insurance options, and finalize sales transactions. It is crucial to provide excellent after-sales support to build strong customer relationships. Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions, preparing and analyzing sales reports and performance metrics, and conducting market research to identify sales opportunities will also be part of your role. You will be required to seek out new sales opportunities through various methods such as cold calling and networking. Preparing and delivering presentations on products and services, conducting test rides, and collaborating with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets are also essential tasks. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities will be crucial for your success in this role. Participation in sales promotions, events, and campaigns is expected as well. This is a full-time position with a performance bonus compensation package. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 12/06/2025.
