About the Role

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling, emailing, and networking
Present and clearly communicate our products/services to prospective clients
Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos for senior sales representatives
Maintain accurate records of leads, status updates, and follow-ups in CRM systems or lead sheets
Engage with prospects regularly to nurture interest and guide them toward conversion
Work towards defined KPIs related to lead conversions, meetings scheduled, or pipeline growth

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in client-facing conversations (calls, emails, meetings)
Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM tools or the ability to learn quickly
A proactive mindset with the ability to meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets

Preferred Traits

Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C outreach
A passion for customer interaction and solution-driven conversations
Interest in working within a collaborative and diversity-friendly environment
