We are a growing organization in the bath fittings industry, offering quality products with a strong dealer and distributor network across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets for the territory
Develop, manage, and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks
Drive secondary sales and improve market penetration
Conduct regular market visits to strengthen brand visibility
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new channel partners
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely dispatch
Monitor collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments
Track competitor activities and provide regular market feedback

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory experience in the bath fittings industry
Minimum
3 to 8 years of relevant sales experience
Strong understanding of dealer-based and channel sales
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Knowledge of the
local language of Jaipur / Patna / Kozhikode
is preferred
