Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with sales and business development expertise with a background in Interior Designing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks outlined below:


Job Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities within the interior design sector.

- Attend leads and proactively build and nurture business relations with current and potential customers.

- Initiate outbound calls to connect with potential customers and explore business opportunities.

2. Interior Designing Expertise:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of interior designing principles, including engineering, dimensions, materials, and color.

- Proficient in interior designing principles to effectively communicate design concepts.

3. Sales Targets:

- Achieve assigned sales targets, including New Client Acquisition, number of projects, and overall project value.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business leads to ensure continuous growth.

4. Client Acquisition:

- Prospect and acquire new clients through effective networking and outreach efforts.

- Identify, evaluate, and implement new lucrative business propositions to expand the client base.

5. Communication Skills:

- Possess advanced verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and proposals.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively within a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Participate as part of the Team during the Design stage, working towards achieving positive project closures.

7. Language Proficiency:

- Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English languages for effective communication with clients.


Skills:

1. Thorough knowledge of Interior Designing principles and basic drawing skills.

2. Ability to work under time pressure and willingness to visit customer locations.

3. Strong team collaboration skills.

4. Strong negotiation skills

5. Strong communication and presentation skills


Education & Experience:

1. Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in Residential Interior Project Sales.

2. Understanding/Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing, Demonstrated sales success

3. CRM experience is preferred

4. Graduate in Any Specialization.
