Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive will drive new business opportunities by generating appointments and qualified leads. Responsibilities include prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and scheduling sales calls.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Call mid-market and enterprise clients across North America and Europe to generate qualified leads for IT software, products, and consulting services.
  • Engage fluently with business and technical executives and senior managers.
  • Manage client programs and campaigns.
  • Achieve or exceed prospecting and lead generation targets.
  • Log all sales activities in CRM.
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.
  • Participate in training to meet objectives.

Required Experience & Competencies

  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization.
  • Logical reasoning and analytical mindset.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, etc.).
