1. Develop sales for industrial gaskets and allied static mechanical sealing products.
2. Establish a loyal customer base among end-users, original equipment manufacturers, and EPC Companies.
3. Enlist as an approved vendor with end-users, original equipment manufacturers, and EPC Companies.
4. Generate a strong pipeline of enquiries and convert them into orders with a high conversion rate.
5. Keep track of forthcoming requirements and proactively solicit RFQs for competitive bidding.
6. Build a strong professional relationship with the concerned stakeholders in the client organizations as well as the user departments.
7. Actively map competitors activities and suggest winning strategies against the competition.
8. Track the order delivery cycle and proactively keep customers informed about the stage of execution of their orders.
9. Ensure timely collection of due amounts from the customers as per agreed milestones.
10. Actively interact with internal stakeholders to ensure the speedy resolution of customer concerns.
1. One to three years of proven track record in the sales of industrial gaskets, allied static mechanical sealing products, flanges, pipelines, valves, and flow-control systems.
2. A strong network with the Purchase/Procurement and Estimation Departments in client organizations, as well as other stakeholders such as Projects, Design/Engineering, Maintenance, Turn-around, etc.
3. Well-versed in different commercial terms and conditions.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should be able to communicate in English, Hindi, and a few Regional Languages.
1. Develop sales in the assigned geographical territories.
2. Need based outstation travel.
