Job Summary: We seek enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our residential and commercial properties. Whether you're looking for a fixed salary job or prefer commission-based earnings, we offer flexible opportunities for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell properties developed by HK Developers. Generate and nurture leads through online/offline channels, site visits, referrals, and networking. Conduct property showings and site tours with potential clients. Present and explain project details, payment plans, and benefits to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success. Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on inquiries. Stay updated on local real estate trends and competitor projects. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Gujarati and Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently or in a team. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools). Compensation : Fixed Salary + Incentives Monthly fixed salary (based on experience) You can choose your preferred mode of engagement based on your work style and earnings goals.
