Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell properties developed by HK Developers. - Generate and nurture leads through online/offline channels, site visits, referrals, and networking. - Conduct property showings and site tours with potential clients. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term success. - Achieve monthly sales targets and promptly follow up on inquiries. - Stay updated on local real estate trends and competitor projects. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate experience preferred). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Ability to work independently or in a team. - Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
