Job Description

As a Sales Professional for a reputed Furniture & Home Decor Brand, you will assist in-store and online customers, creating a personalized shopping experience and guiding them towards making purchases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage inbound sales queries and make outbound calls to follow up on missed queries - Assist customers in understanding the product range - Reduce abandoned cart rate by reaching out to customers who have not completed their purchase - Help customers overcome challenges during the purchase process - Manage pending verifications and ensure successful order completion - Follow up with customers to address grievances and enhance customer loyalty **Qualifications Required:** - Passion for sales and excellent communication skills - Proficiency in engaging customers in meaningful conversations - Patience, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities - Graduate fresher or undergrad with computer application proficiency and good typing skills - Immediate joiners preferred - Previous experience in inside sales or retail sales for at least 1 year If you are fluent in English communication, have typing experience, and are comfortable with the Mumbai Suburban District location, we encourage you to apply for this full-time position.
