Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be actively seeking and securing new business for the hotel by building relationships with potential clients, presenting the property's offerings, negotiating contracts, and managing existing accounts to maximize revenue generation. Your main focus will be on maintaining a high level of customer service and exceeding sales targets. Key duties include identifying leads, conducting site inspections, preparing proposals, managing group bookings, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation and Prospecting: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. - Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and key industry partners. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and familiarization trips to generate leads and promote the hotel. - Sales Presentations and Negotiation: - Conduct site inspections and present comprehensive proposals highlighting the hotel's unique selling points, facilities, and packages to potential clients. - Negotiate room rates, event packages, and contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - Effectively address client concerns and objections to close deals. - Account Management: - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business. - Monitor client accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and proactively manage booking changes. - Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-event follow-up. Qualification Required: - Experience in Hospitality: 2 years (Required) - Language: English (Required) - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Additional Details: The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
