Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the HORECA sector.
  • Promote and sell our company products to hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, caterers, and institutional buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (chefs, F&B managers, procurement heads, etc.).
  • Conduct regular visits to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
  • Gather and report market feedback to the sales and product teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance.
