Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead follow-ups.
Meet architects, interior designers, electricians, builders, and homeowners to explain product capabilities and features.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
Understand customer requirements and propose automation solutions accordingly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Manage quotations, negotiations, order closures, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with the technical team for installation, project execution, and after-sales support.
Maintain CRM records and weekly reporting to the management.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in sales (smart home, electrical switches, lighting, hardware, consumer durables, or IoT preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Tech-friendly and quick to learn new product features.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Graduation in any discipline (Technical/Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).
Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
