Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Dehradun. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, visiting clients, providing financial product information, negotiating terms, and preparing sales presentations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales and client interactions while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities
• Understanding of financial products and services, preferably in retail and corporate lending
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Flexibility to work on-site and meet clients face-to-face
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous sales experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
