Sales executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a finance background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting hospital services, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and corporate partners. A solid understanding of financial concepts and healthcare packages will be essential in designing cost-effective service solutions for patients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hospital revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral partners.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and financial presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the finance and marketing teams to create customized healthcare packages.
• Track sales performance and provide periodic reports to management.
• Participate in community outreach programs and hospital promotional events.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services (healthcare industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, costing, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
