Job Description: Sales Representative for UPVC Windows and Doors Company

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing our brand as the go-to choice in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients, including homeowners, contractors, and builders, to expand the customer base.

Conduct in-depth product presentations and consultations, showcasing the benefits and features of our UPVC windows and doors.

Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions to meet their requirements, providing personalised recommendations.

Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.

Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure accurate measurements and specifications for customised orders.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.

Manage and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and create new leads.

Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or building materials sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.

Strong ability to listen to customer needs and translate them into viable product solutions.

Technical aptitude to understand the technical aspects of UPVC windows and doors and communicate them clearly to customers.

Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.

Flexibility to travel to meet clients and attend events as needed.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
