Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and client meetings.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries from existing and prospective customers.
  • Deliver presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & business team to plan and execute.
  • Visit dealers, contractors, architects, and builders to sell LED products
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
  • Achieve monthly targets and report daily activity
  • Maintain client relationships and market knowledg
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
  • Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to the manager.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3+ years of field sales experience in LED or electrical segment
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales
  • Own vehicle (preferred), willing to travel locally
  • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
  • Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Good understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Time management and organizational skills
