Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and client meetings. Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries from existing and prospective customers. Deliver presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support. Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing & business team to plan and execute. Visit dealers, contractors, architects, and builders to sell LED products Generate leads, follow up, and close sales Achieve monthly targets and report daily activity Maintain client relationships and market knowledg Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support. Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to the manager. Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of field sales experience in LED or electrical segment MBA in Marketing/Sales Own vehicle (preferred), willing to travel locally Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred). Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
