Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and client acquisition

    : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and following up on pre-generated leads.
  • Property showcasing and client consultation

    :
    • Conduct property viewings and site visits for prospective clients.
    • Provide thorough and detailed information about properties, project plans, and local market conditions to potential buyers.
    • Understand client needs and preferences to provide suitable property recommendations.
  • Sales process and negotiation

    :
    • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and prices to achieve favorable terms for all parties.
    • Coordinate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
    • Manage property listings and process necessary documentation and contracts efficiently.
  • Relationship management

    :
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and providing after-sales support.
    • Cultivate a client network through ongoing communication and rapport building.
  • Market analysis and reporting

    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
    • Perform market analysis to support client decisions and inform sales strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
