Sales Executive

Gehna Jewellers, a name built on "सदियों का विश्वास" (Trust of Centuries), is synonymous with exquisite design and unparalleled quality. We are currently curating a series of exclusive, high-profile jewellery exhibitions and private showcases covering Morena, Dholpur, and their surrounding areas.

We are seeking elite, professional Sales Executives to represent our brand and deliver a superior luxury client experience at these high-value events.

Role: Sales Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)

Location: Morena

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships: Develop strong customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized jewelry solutions.
• Sales Management: Manage counter sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
• Product Expertise: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the heritage and craftsmanship of our Gold, Diamond, and Platinum collections.
• Transaction Handling: Manage all aspects of the client transaction, from selection to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and discretion.
• Store Standards: Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and presentation of jewellery at all events.

Experience & Qualifications

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in high-end jewellery retail sales is required.
• Luxury Background: Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service within a luxury brand, hospitality, or high-value retail setting.
• Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build sophisticated client relationships and articulate the heritage/craftsmanship of luxury products.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• POS Knowledge: Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Education: Graduation / Plus Two qualification is preferred.
• Mindset: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven, event-based environment.
• Preference: Preference will be given to female candidates.

Compensation & Benefits (Calculated Annually)

• Salary Structure (Fixed): ₹ 1,44,000 to ₹ 3,00,000 per annum.
• Incentives: Attractive incentives and bonuses based on sales targets.
• Benefits: Plus PF (Provident Fund) and other applicable benefits.
