Sales Executive- Freight Forwarding

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to meet sales targets and achieve overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Fresher or Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Fresher or Knowledge of freight forwarding, international logistics, and supply chain management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform market research and develop sales strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
