The brand focuses on creating a vibrant shopping experience for customers across age groups.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

· Assist customers in selecting products across various categories with a cheerful and helpful attitude.

· Maintain in-depth product knowledge to recommend items and upsell wherever possible.

· Achieve monthly and daily sales targets set by store management.

· Ensure product display, visual merchandising, and store hygiene meet brand standards.

· Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately.

· Manage stock levels, refill shelves, and report low inventory to the store manager.

· Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or issues promptly.

· Support the team in executing promotional activities and in-store offers.

· Build brand loyalty by maintaining a positive shopping experience for every customer.

· Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Qualification: Minimum 10+2; Graduate preferred.

· Age: 18–30 years.

· Experience: 0–2 years in retail, fashion, or FMCG sales (freshers can apply).

· Strong communication skills and customer-handling ability.

· Energetic, target-oriented, and team player.

· Willingness to work in retail shift timings, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Hindi and Bengali (Preferred)
