Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Social Media & PR Content Creation

o Primary KRA: Shoot engaging Instagram Reels and video content inside stores featuring new arrivals, trending products, offers, and sale campaigns.

o Collaborate with the Marketing Head to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with the brand tone.

o Appear on camera as the face of the brand, promoting products with confidence, energy, and brand-fit presentation.

2. Customer Engagement & Online Sales Conversion

o Reply promptly and politely to all customer DMs, comments, and messages on social media.

o Drive footfall and conversions by engaging customers, pitching offers, and even closing local delivery sales via phone.

o Build long-term relationships with regular shoppers and influencers to boost the in-store experience.

3. Brand Representation & Event PR

o Represent Freeky99 at brand events, collaborations, or influencer shoots when required.

o Maintain a polished, smart, and approachable presence as the public-facing representative of the brand.

4. Content Ideation & Trend Monitoring

o Research social media trends and competitor activity to suggest new content ideas, challenges, and promotional formats.

o Work closely with the Marketing Department to plan and calendarize posts, Reels, and campaign assets.

5. In-store Coordination & Marketing Support

o Coordinate with store teams during promotional days, sale events, and launches for timely shoot execution.

o Assist in implementing customer engagement initiatives, feedback collection, and visual merchandising suggestions.

Candidate Profile:

· Female candidate with strong camera presence, fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali preferred.

· Smart, well-groomed, confident, and social media-savvy.

· Excellent communication, content creation, and people management skills.

· Prior experience in social media handling, influencer relations, or PR will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
