We cater to a diverse clientele, from large automobile dealerships and multi-brand service centers (B2B) to individual garage owners and enthusiasts (B2C), both in Bengaluru and across the region. We are committed to empowering our clients with top-tier tools and exceptional service. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach across both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) segments, focusing on our core product offerings. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator, adept at building relationships, and passionate about understanding client needs to deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Sourcing & Management (B2B & B2C): Sourcing accurate contact details and leads from online platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Search, industry forums) and offline networks. Identifying key decision-makers within HR and Marketing departments of target B2B companies (automobile dealerships, multi-brand service centers, tyre shops, fleet operators) for collaborations and equipment sales. Identifying and engaging with individual garage owners, car enthusiasts, and small workshop proprietors for B2C equipment sales. Maintaining and updating a comprehensive customer database on internal templates, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 2. Sales Generation & Meetings (B2B & B2C): B2B Focus: Conducting structured research on target B2B clients to understand their business model, existing equipment, and potential needs for products like tyre changers, wheel balancers, and car wheel aligners . Preparing compelling presentations and sales pitches tailored to specific B2B client requirements. Conducting effective sales meetings to: Deeply understand the client's current operational setup and equipment ecosystem. Position Predator Garage Equipments, particularly our tyre changers, wheel balancers, car wheel aligners, air compressors, and two-post lifts , as the optimal choice, highlighting unique selling propositions and return on investment. Generate detailed requirements for customized equipment solutions or bulk orders. B2C Focus: Actively engaging with walk-in customers, online inquiries, and direct leads to understand their individual equipment needs for products such as tyre changers or air compressors . Showcasing product features and benefits, conducting demonstrations where applicable. Providing expert advice and recommendations on our range of garage equipment to individual buyers. Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets for both B2B and B2C segments. 3. Sales Proposals & Presentations: Developing and delivering impactful presentations based on client requirements, showcasing Predator Garage Equipment solutions, with a clear focus on products like tyre changer machines, wheel balancers, car wheel aligners, air compressors, and two-post lifts . Collaborating closely with the operations and technical teams to generate accurate, detailed, and competitive sales proposals and quotations. 4. Sales Conversion & Negotiation: Negotiating win-win deals that are mutually beneficial for both the client and Predator Garage Equipments. Maintaining the profitability index as per management guidelines, ensuring sustainable growth. Overcoming objections and closing sales effectively. 5. Client Coordination & Relationship Management (B2B & B2C): Professionally documenting all discussions and agreements with clients via email and other communication channels. Serving as the primary interface between the client and the internal operations/technical teams from contract signing to successful product delivery and post-sales support for all garage equipment sold. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Gathering customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, preferably within the automotive equipment, industrial, or related sectors, with exposure to products like tyre changers, wheel balancers, wheel aligners, or lifts . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are paramount. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Proficiency in Tamil is essential. Knowledge of Kannada is a significant advantage. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to understand technical product specifications for various garage equipment and translate them into customer benefits. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for database management and proposal creation. Ability to travel locally within Bengaluru and potentially surrounding areas as required.
