Job Description

Show Mobile Sales ,To Sell Vivo Phone In Showroom Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable Vivo models. Product Demonstration: Explain features, specifications, and benefits of various Vivo smartphones and accessories. Sales Conversion: Persuade potential buyers and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Inventory Management: Keep track of available stock, request replenishments, and ensure display units are updated. Billing & Documentation: Generate invoices, handle payments, and maintain sales records accurately. After-Sales Support: Address customer queries, handle minor issues, and guide them on warranty or service processes. Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and new Vivo launches. Store Presentation: Ensure the display area, demo phones, and counters are clean and visually appealing. Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer opinions and suggestions to improve service and product performance. Team Coordination: Work closely with store managers and fellow sales staff to ensure smooth daily operations Morning - 10AM - 9PM
