Fabb-Fitt is a premium fitness center in Kharadi focused on delivering results-driven training, personal coaching, and a vibrant fitness environment. We are hiring a passionate Sales Executive to drive membership growth and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Membership Sales

• Convert walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries into membership sales.
• Clearly explain plans, pricing, offers, and gym facilities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets (major earnings come from incentives).

2. Lead Management

• Handle leads from JustDial, Google, Instagram, and referrals.
• Make consistent follow-up calls, WhatsApp messages, and maintain lead sheets.
• Ensure every warm lead is followed up until closure.

3. Customer Interaction

• Welcome walk-in clients and give them a proper gym tour.
• Understand their goals and recommend the right membership or PT package.
• Help new members with onboarding.

4. Coordination

• Work closely with trainers, front desk, and management for smooth operations.
• Submit daily sales reports and follow-up updates.

5. Marketing Support

• Assist in basic promotions, WhatsApp marketing, and local outreach.
• Promote ongoing offers to potential customers.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of sales experience (fitness/wellness preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication & convincing skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
• Incentives: Very attractive, target-based (potential to double earnings each month).
