Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our healthcare sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare products/services to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell healthcare products/services to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and institutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business/Pharmacy, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. 1–3 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector (pharma, medical devices, diagnostics, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Good understanding of the healthcare industry and customer needs. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
