Estatex Landbase is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the real estate sector. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    Identify potential clients and initiate contact to generate business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  2. Client Acquisition:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
  3. Market Research:

    Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position Estatex Landbase effectively in the Gurugram real estate market.
  4. Sales Pitch:

    Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Estatex Landbases services and offerings.
  5. Negotiation and Closure:

    Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and facilitate the closing of deals to achieve sales targets.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:

    Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  7. Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales and marketing team to strategize and implement effective business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Education:

    Any graduate in any specialization.
  2. Experience:

    0-1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Freshers with a strong aptitude for sales are also encouraged to apply.
  3. Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  4. Negotiation Skills:

    Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
  5. Self-Motivated:
