Company is growing brand in the furniture and resin art industry, with our own factory setup and a dedicated showroom where clients can explore our premium, custom-designed resin products. We receive quality leads every month, and we are looking for a professional who can communicate with clients, understand their needs, and help them choose the right products from our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with leads via call, WhatsApp, and email.

* Understand client requirements and suggest relevant resin furniture / Art options.

* Share product catalogues, videos, and portfolio presentations.

* Maintain lead follow ups and update Excel records.

* Schedule and manage client visits to our Showroom.

* Occasionally visit clients when required (comfort with local travel ).

* Provide excellent customer service and build long term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Female candidate preferred.

* 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles (any industry).

* Good English communication skills (spoken & written).

* Strong Computer skills Excel, WhatsApp, Emailing.

* Confident personality with a customer first approach.

* Comfortable with occasional client visit
