Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial water tank market across Gujarat. Promote and sell Zincalume and GRP water tanks to contractors, consultants, builders, government departments, and industries. Generate and follow up on leads through site visits, cold calls, networking, and inquiries. Understand client requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and provide product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure timely payment collections. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth execution of orders. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to the Sales Manager or senior management. Key Requirements: Any Bachelors degree. 5–6 years of hands-on sales experience specifically in industrial water tanks (Zincalume/GRP preferred). Strong understanding of technical specifications and installation aspects of large-capacity water tanks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively across India. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
