In your new role, you will lead the Generator Excitation and Electrical System project, playing a crucial role in customizing electrical solutions to meet customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include taking over projects from the offer team, reviewing project documentation, preparing customer submission documents, participating in engineering reviews, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, providing technical assistance to various teams, and participating in commissioning activities. To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with 6 to 6 years of experience in Engineering & Commissioning of Generator Excitation and other electrical systems. You should have a strong knowledge of rotating and other electrical machines, power systems, and experience in handling projects related to Generator Excitation, GRP, GCP, and Synchronization systems. Knowledge of Siemens excitation systems and experience in power plant or Oil/Gas markets would be advantageous. Additionally, you should be willing to travel to customer sites as required. Piping Stress Analysis Engineer, Perform fiberglass piping stress analysis related activities for customer/project using Caesar II Pipe Stress Analysis program, and delivery good quality recommendations and reports on time, such to ensure good customer/project fiberglass piping design. Key Responsibilities: Review project requirements and specifications, ensure compliance, or otherwise prepare the deviation list. Liaise with sales team members and customer directly to ascertain project requirements. Provide support type and location review based on provided drawings by customer. Perform others manual calculation related to Fiberglass piping. Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by the line manager. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial water tank market across Gujarat. Promote and sell Zincalume and GRP water tanks to contractors, consultants, builders, government departments, and industries. Generate and follow up on leads through site visits, cold calls, networking, and inquiries. Understand client requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and provide product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure timely payment collections. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth execution of orders. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to the Sales Manager or senior management. Key Requirements: Any Bachelors degree. 5–6 years of hands-on sales experience specifically in industrial water tanks (Zincalume/GRP preferred). Strong understanding of technical specifications and installation aspects of large-capacity water tanks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
