Position: Sales Executive - FMCG

Overview:

  • We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of almond kernels, expand our customer base, and build strong client relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for almond kernels.
  • Identify and onboard new clients (wholesalers, retailers, food processors).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on trends & competitors.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain records and prepare sales performance reports.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Agriculture or related field.
  • 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably food/agri sector).
  • Proficiency in Gujarati.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel to Kheda (travel expenses will be borne by the company)
