Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Technical Sales in Pharma / Lab Equipment Industry)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and develop regional sales as part of a dynamic team.
- Achieve sales growth and gross profit targets through both existing and new customers.- Prospect for new clients in the pharma, chemical, and analytical industries.- Respond to and qualify new sales leads via calls, emails, and on-site visits.- Prepare and send quotations, follow up for orders, and ensure timely closures.- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.- Coordinate with internal technical, service, and order fulfillment teams.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using ERP/CRM systems.- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.- Participate in monthly sales meetings and submit regular reports to the Head of Sales.- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate in Science or Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales of Pharmaceutical testing equipment, lab or analytical instruments (e.g., Titrators, GC, Spectrometers, Dissolution testers, Pumps).
Proven track record in B2B sales to manufacturing or pharmaceutical clients.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM tools.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Professional, confident, and self-driven personality with a passion for sales.
