Job Title: Sales Executive - EdTech Solutions Job Description A dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech business. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and partners (such as coaching centers, tutors, schools, colleges & Universities) and promoting our educational technology platforms LMS for online test prep and assessment platform. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients (e.g., coaching centers, individual educators, schools, colleges). Client Engagement: Pitch the product offerings through meetings, demos, webinars, or calls. Consultative Selling: Understand the needs of clients and propose tailored solutions for test preperation testing and assessment. Conversion & Closure: Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and close deals. Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sale relationships to encourage renewals and upselling. Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track performance metrics, and report weekly/monthly progress to the Sales Manager. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree (any stream); MBA is a plus. 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or SaaS. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach. Comfortable with technology and basic product demos. Willingness to travel . Preferred Background Previous experience with tools like Classplus, TestFunda, BYJUS, Unacademy, or similar platforms. Exposure to selling B2B EdTech solutions to educators/coaching institutes.
