Job Overview
The Jr Sales Executive at Doshion Poly Science Pvt Ltd is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience
The role involves working from various locations including Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Cochin, Kozhikode and Visakhapatnam
As a junior-level position, it requires a keen aptitude for sales activities, particularly in lead generation, dealer management, and both pre and post-sales activities
Responsibilities
Sales and Dealer Management:
Develop and manage a network of dealers for Hydropod products, including softeners, carbon filters, and related water treatment solutions
Visit dealers and prospective customers to build strong relationships and drive sales growth
Provide guidance and support to dealers on product sales, installation, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
Lead Generation And Business Development
Generate leads through market research, dealer referrals, exhibitions, and other channels
Actively canvas new areas to identify untapped markets and expand the Hydropod product reach
Schedule and conduct sales meetings with individual fitters, small businesses, and end customers
Technical Sales And Support
Understand and explain the technical aspects of Hydropod products and their applications in domestic and commercial settings
Work closely with the technical team to address dealer and customer queries, including technical demonstrations and troubleshooting support
Conduct product trials and demonstrations to educate customers and secure sales conversions
Sales Reporting And Market Analysis
Maintain regular communication with the senior sales team and report progress on sales, dealer performance, and market feedback
Track competitor activities and pricing in the domestic water treatment industry to stay ahead in the market
Develop and execute plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Fill, report with and analyse MIS regularly to efficiently track recurring and potential customers
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain lasting relationships with existing customers and dealers to ensure repeat business
Provide post-sales support to ensure customers are satisfied with the products and services
Maintain all relevant data in the CRM system
Candidate Background And Requirements
Experience and
Skills:
1-3 years of experience in B2B or dealer-oriented sales, preferably in the water treatment, home appliances, or plumbing industries
Familiarity with domestic water treatment systems like softeners, carbon filters, etc
is a strong advantage
Ability to understand and convey technical product details to dealers and end customers
Proven track record of lead generation, sales closures, and dealer network development
Personal Attributes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
Willingness to travel extensively across designated territory to meet dealers and customers
Interest in building a long-term career in sales and marketing within the water treatment industry
Education
Bachelors / Diploma degree in any discipline
Candidates with engineering or technical backgrounds will be preferred
Certifications or training in sales, marketing, or water treatment technologies will be a plus
