Key Responsibilities
Research, outreach, recruit and onboard high-quality affiliate partners aligned with client audiences
Pitch agency clients to new affiliates, negotiate commission structures and contract terms
Launch and monitor affiliate/Adsales campaigns; track performance metrics like CTR, CPA and ROI
Deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns
Work with content, creative, and paid media teams to develop affiliate assets
Ensure affiliate messaging adheres to brand guidelines and standards
Monitor affiliate marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
