Job Role: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

We are seeking an energetic and experienced professional with 3+ years of experience in Pharma Sales or Business Development to drive growth and expand our market presence in Panchkula and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Handle client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Promote PCD and third-party manufacturing services.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products across 10+ divisions.

• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharma Sales / Business Development.

• Strong understanding of PCD and Third-Party Pharma manufacturing business models.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
