Job Description

Role Overview: We’re looking for a Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to help us close inbound and outbound leads for our lead generation service packages. You’ll speak with qualified leads, present our service clearly, handle objections, and close deals — with full support from our marketing & delivery team. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound & warm outbound leads • Conduct discovery & sales calls • Present service packages clearly and confidently • Follow up with prospects using scripts + automation tools • Close 5–10 clients per month across Real Estate • Maintain CRM updates and daily sales tracking ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • 1+ year of sales experience (B2B, agency, or real estate preferred) • Strong communication in English + Hindi • Comfortable using WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Sheets • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and hungry to earn Compensation: • Fixed Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month (based on experience) • Incentives: Target-based • Bonuses: Performance bonuses for top closers Perks: • Fast-growth environment with high earnings potential • Learn real-world B2B & agency sales • Direct mentorship from the founder • Potential for full-time growth into Sales Manager role Job location: Wakad, Pune Mode of work: Work from the Office
