Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:

    Research and identify potential delegates and exhibitors through LinkedIn, industry directories, and previous event databases.
  • Direct Sales:

    Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and personalized emails to pitch conference benefits to decision-makers.
  • Delegate Acquisition:

    Sell individual and group delegate passes to corporate teams, ensuring the event hits its "audience quality" and "quantity" targets.
  • Exhibition Sales:

    Sell standard booth packages and "startup pods" to vendors looking to showcase their products to our attendees.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to track touchpoints and conversion stages.
  • On-site Support:

    Assist in the registration desk operations and exhibitor management during the live event days.
